Mess free veg preparation, this vegetable chopper really makes cutting up vegetables so easy. I love the way, it all collects in the plastic container.

It is fantastic to not have to do onions by hand. And it slices carrots really evenly. And you get really even chunks and slices which makes everything cook at the same speed.

Absolutely love this.

Be careful not to go to heavy handed, I managed to knock the cross blades on no 3 out of alignment. Before each cut check these are aligned.

Game Changer

My husband loves onions but I avoid getting them as chopping them leads to sore eyes. Enter this little gadget which has been a life saver. However, to get full use of it you would have to utilise all the different slicers. They have a number of blades which have different uses such as potatoes/chips etc. You do have to use a little bit of force when doing the onions but its done in seconds and then drops the chopped onions into the box at the bottom. Honestly I think the price is a little high but that is probably because I don't use it to its full potential. Aside from that this has been a game changer for me and chopping onions

A good one, if you want one.

A classic back of the cupboard kitchen item, the vegetable chopper does not hold a candle in any way to a decent vegetable knife and some entry level chopping skills. It’s slower, takes more energy, and there’s a lot more cleaning up. Having said that, if you do want one, this is a pretty good example of the genre, with genuinely sharp blades and a good assortment of blades, plus there is some weight to the fulcrum. I will keep it for making vegetable crisps, and if you really want one this is a good choice.

Excellent kitchen aid.

I have to start this review by being honest. I don't do an awful lot in the kitchen, my wife dose it all. This review is her opinion of the veg chopper. She tends not to go into detail just gives me headlines so here they are. It's sharp, easy to use, stay's still'ish on the work top. She has made a very positive comment on how pleased she is with the amount of optional tools you can choose from. NOW it is important to always be careful when handling a bladed tool anywhere not just in the kitchen but this chopper can be cleaned under a running tap or better still it's dishwasher safe. When I asked the wife if she would recommend it her reply was Oh yes, so I will follow her advice & say I do recommend this veg chopper.

Blade is sharp

Two things. The blade is sharp. Be careful when handling this. I actually cut my palm. Second thing is after washing you think the top is dry but it's not. Water hides in the hinges. Not a big deal.
