At RüK, we want customers to understand our return and refund process clearly before making a purchase. This policy explains when returns are accepted, who is responsible for return shipping, and when refunds are processed.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, parts, and included items must be returned together with the product.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.


How to Request a Return

After your return request is reviewed and approved, our customer support team will provide the return address and return instructions.

Please do not send your item back without prior approval. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

RüK currently offers free return shipping for eligible approved returns within the United States.

If your return request is approved, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label or other return instructions depending on the return method and product type.

There is no restocking fee for approved returns.

Please do not return items without contacting us first and receiving return instructions from our customer support team.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If the item is damaged, defective, missing essential parts, or incorrect, please contact us at:

Please include your order number and photos or videos showing the issue. We will review the case and provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, return, refund, or other support depending on the situation.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Used, damaged, altered, or incomplete items

  • Items without original packaging or included accessories

  • Items returned without prior approval

If a product is marked as final sale or non-returnable, this will be stated on the product page or during checkout where applicable.


Exchanges

We currently accept exchanges for eligible items within the applicable return period.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team with your order number and exchange request details.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability and approval.


Refund Process

After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3 business days.

If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

After the refund is processed, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Refund Amount

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

The refund amount will include the product price paid after any discounts. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
