Shipping Policy

At RüK, we aim to provide clear, reliable, and transparent shipping information for every order. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping area, processing time, estimated delivery time, shipping fees, tracking information, and delivery-related responsibilities.

Shipping Area

We currently ship eligible products to the contiguous United States only.

We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.

Shipping Fee

We currently offer free standard shipping on eligible orders shipped within the contiguous United States.

There is no additional standard shipping fee at checkout for eligible products and eligible delivery addresses.

If a product has special shipping restrictions, oversized delivery requirements, or a different shipping arrangement, the relevant information will be shown on the product page or during checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During peak seasons, promotional periods, or unexpected operational delays, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days.

The total estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days, including order processing and shipping time.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier service, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Carriers

We may use different shipping carriers depending on the product, warehouse location, destination, and delivery service availability.

The final carrier will be selected based on the most suitable shipping option for your order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

RüK Home is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or dispatched.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check around your delivery location and contact the carrier for more details.

If you still need assistance, please contact us and we will help review the situation.

RüK Home is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or the last tracking update.

For damaged items, please provide clear photos of the package, shipping label, and damaged product so we can help resolve the issue.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution according to our return and refund policy.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages due to product availability, warehouse location, product size, or logistics arrangements.

If your order is shipped separately, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We can only make changes or cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.
