Frequently asked questions

This vegetable chopper is designed to handle most commonly used ingredients in everyday Western cooking, including onions, carrots, potatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, and zucchini.

It can also process softer ingredients such as herbs and nuts in small quantities.

For safety and optimal performance, it is not recommended for frozen foods, bones, or very hard pits.

Most small to medium-sized vegetables can be placed directly into the chopper without pre-cutting.

For larger or denser ingredients, a simple cut in half is recommended to ensure smoother operation and more even cutting results.

This is not a strict requirement, but it helps achieve the best performance and extends blade life.

This chopper comes with multiple interchangeable blades, allowing you to create different cutting shapes such as dicing, slicing, julienne, and grating.

Blades can be quickly swapped based on your preparation needs, without additional tools.

This flexibility makes the chopper suitable for a wide range of recipes and cooking styles.

The blades are made from high-quality stainless steel and are designed for over 2000 uses under normal household conditions.

If the blades become dull after extended use, we recommend replacing them with new original blade attachments.

Manual sharpening is not advised, as it may cause blade deformation and compromise cutting performance or safety.

Orders are processed within 0–1 business day after purchase.

For shipments to the United States and Canada, orders placed before 5:00 PM are eligible for same-day processing.

For Europe and other regions, orders placed before 4:00 PM are eligible for same-day processing.

Delivery time depends on the destination, and in most cases, orders arrive within 2–3 business days after dispatch.

We also provide a 30-day warranty, covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

If the product does not meet your expectations, you may request a return according to our return policy. Our customer support team is available to assist you throughout the process.
